The free 10-minute triage call is a brief, no-obligation phone conversation to help you determine whether an in-clinic appointment is appropriate for your situation.
By requesting a triage call, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
What this call is. The triage call is an initial conversation to help clarify the nature of your concern and whether further assessment at Podiatry Health & Wellness is likely to be of benefit to you.
What this call is not. The triage call is not a clinical consultation. No diagnosis, treatment plan, or clinical advice will be provided. It is not a substitute for a full podiatric assessment.
No practitioner-patient relationship is formed. Participating in a triage call does not establish a formal practitioner-patient relationship and does not create any obligation — on the part of the clinic or the patient — to proceed with further appointments.
Availability and duration. Triage calls are subject to practitioner availability. Call duration is limited to 10 minutes and may be conducted by phone or telehealth video. Not all concerns can be assessed or responded to within this format.
No emergency care. The triage call is not suitable for urgent or emergency medical concerns. If you require urgent care, please call 000 or attend your nearest emergency department.
Privacy. Any personal information shared during the triage call is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles.
